Why is it so much cheaper than other analytics?
Motion Analytics runs entirely on Cloudflare Workers and Analytics Engine. There are no servers to rent and no per-event pipeline to maintain, so the marginal cost of your traffic is close to zero. We price from cost, not from what the category charges.
Do I need a cookie banner?
No. The tracker sets no cookies, uses no local storage and stores no personal data. Visitor counts come from a salted hash that rotates daily, so nobody can be followed across days, let alone across sites.
What happens if I go over my pageview pool?
Nothing dramatic, and never data loss. Collection always continues: you will see a note in your dashboard and an email suggesting the next tier. We will never drop a pageview because of billing.
What happens at high traffic volumes?
Counts become statistical estimates, the same way every analytics product handles scale. Sampling is per-site, so a busy neighbour never affects your numbers.
